Éva K. 25 years old girl, 170 cm tall, 72 kg weight.
She wanted me to get her weight down 65 kg. Starting work had caused her such psychological stress after the finishing studies in the higher education that she picked up 7 kg overweigh t through a half year. She told about her chaotic meals, didn't have breakfast, rather snatch something suddenly for lunch, and in the evening - arriving at home - she could eventually make and have a fine hearty dinner in the home quiet.
